Cancellation Policy
General Terms & Conditions
- Once a confirmation email is received from the customer for a package or ticket booking, the customer is liable to pay a cancellation penalty in the event of cancellation.
- Virtual Holidays is not responsible for any changes in airline schedules or government-imposed taxes.
- For domestic flights, customers are advised to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure. For international flights, arrival at least three hours before departure is recommended.
- Virtual Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings if full payment is not received before the travel date.
- We reserve the right to provide alternative accommodations, sightseeing tours, or transfers of equal or higher standards in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- No refunds, either partial or full, will be provided for unused services in the package, including ground transportation, meals, accommodations, sightseeing tours, etc.
- Virtual Holidays is not liable for any missed breakfasts due to flight timings or other circumstances.
- Customers are advised to avoid depositing cash directly into our bank account. If cash is deposited, a 1% surcharge will apply.
- Government Service Tax (GST) of 3.09% will be applicable on all bookings.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before travel: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 7 to 29 days before travel: 75% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No show or cancellation within 7 days: 100% retention charges will apply, and no refund will be provided.
